Bryan has 27 years of experience in nearly all aspects of retail, residential, commercial, and industrial development. His experience in design-build and build-to-suit projects is extensive, specializing in contracts administration, design coordination, scheduling, and agency and regulatory coordination. Bryan also has experience evaluating multiple sites throughout the country for a wide variety of clients and uses, including national retailers and restaurants, hospitals, schools, assisted living facilities, business and industrial parks, and residential subdivisions. Bryan treats projects as if he were the client in an effort to find cost effective and viable solutions, while meeting project budgets and deadlines. He thrives on problem solving and overcoming complex engineering challenges that have a tendency to arise over the course of a project.
