Scott has 33 years’ experience in both private development and public infrastructure projects, including large retail developments, commercial/office/industrial sitework design, and single- and multi-family residential design. His public infrastructure experience includes extensive street, drainage, and utility designs for city and county governments in the Northwest. Scott is familiar with multiple land-use laws, has extensive experience in land use entitlements, and has the ability to quickly evaluate the entitlement and permitting environment in multiple jurisdictions. He has worked with national retailers to evaluate proposed code changes and helped identify the impact of those changes to their store development program. As a result of a particularly innovative design project, Scott was instrumental in evaluating sustainable storm water treatment alternatives for a national retailer.
