Joe has a passion for tackling the challenges inherent with site development in urban environments, and loves the fact that every site is different. Civil engineering and shoring design require a mix of imagination and pragmatism, and Joe’s background in construction, geotechnical engineering, shoring design, and site development gives him a keen eye for identifying challenges and opportunities that clients appreciate. Joe is a firm believer in proactive communication and that the best designs are a result of leveraging everybody’s talents, from designers to contractors to end users.
Joe lives in Issaquah with his wife and two children and is active in coaching sports, playing outdoors, and golfing whenever he gets the chance.
