Welcome Brook Jacksha

We are excited to have Brook Jacksha join the ownership team and play a critical role in launching Navix. Brook brings 18 years of civil engineering experience with a focus on public and private campus projects and site development in complex urban environments. Brook is a leader in the region in applying best-value sustainable development strategies with a focus on the integration of water treatment and re-use to all project types.  His work encompasses over 200 projects across the United States, including leading the civil and site development for the award winning San Ysidro Land Port of Entry expansion.
